As a result of my sickness, I found myself craving carbs. Obviously, my body was trying to heal as quickly as possible, and required plenty of energy to do so.
Which is why as soon as the nausea had passed (Wednesday), I was feeling ravenous enough to eat 6 slices of bread that day. Six.
It’s now two days later and I’m still looking around for carby things. It is annoying, and I don’t know what effect it’s going to have on the body for next week. Oh well.
