I broke my Note 8 a while ago, by dropping it vertically. The lower left corner absorbed the impact, messing up whatever’s behind the screen. It still responds fine, and since I know where things are on the screen, I can still get apps to open and such. It doesn’t help that it’s just a mess of blurry lines though.
So I immediately started checking out Windows tablets. After the SO has been having fun with the Nextbook 10.1″ for the last 2 weeks, how could I not?
This is the dream after all. The reason I held out on getting a tablet in the first place. The reason I finally made the decision after a long, painstaking process. The reason why I only had the TouchWiz interface for a few days before switching to a Windows launcher. The reason why I did not make the full switch back to Google’s ecosystem.
I couldn’t find much information about the Proline A933L, but what I could find was promising. After rummaging in the forums on MyBroadband, and a quick trip to a computer shop to feel up the device, that afternoon I was off to Takealot to pick up my bundle. Full review soon!
